As you know, President Trump has declared houses of worship "essential." Accordingly, the State of California and Ventura County are now allowing churches to meet in-person with certain precautions and recommendations (see below). In addition, we ask that people over 65, or those with chronic health conditions, stay home, and join us online.
Also, make sure to respect the boundaries of every person with whom you interact. Please do not communicate in ways that belittle or dismiss another person's precautions to protect themselves and their family members. We encourage every attendee to "consider others better than ourselves" and to "make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."
Finally, we know that God is honored by every decision of faith and love that we make. We look forward to seeing you this Sunday, in-person or online. Either way, we will continue to honor God in all that we do, including how we respect and love one another.
